We’re thrilled with Craft’s continued growth, and we want to ensure that developers, agencies, and businesses continue to find success with it. That’s why today we’re excited to launch two new developer support plans: Pro Support and Premium Support.
Both plans offer the same level of developer-to-developer support you’ve come to expect, with the addition of guaranteed response times:

To sign up for a support plan, visit the “Developer Support” page within your Craft ID account. Plans are billed monthly, and you can swap between them as needed.
