How we work

Our recurring process is formed of 3 stages:


Research is the foundation of every piece of work we do. Starting by gaining a clear understanding of the business, the brand and what exactly it is we’re trying to achieve, well before we move on to solutions or production.

After this, we see what research already exists, and either improve on it or, if there is none, do our own from scratch. These could include techniques from market research and competitor analysis, to user profiling and surveys.


Based on the findings of our analysis phase we start composing or refining a digital strategy, before deciding on the specific solutions to solve the problems or achieve the goals we set out before.

Once we know the solutions we’re going to use we start planning the production of these and create strategies for content, SEO and social media where necessary.


By this point everybody working on the project has a great knowledge of where we want to go and how we plan to do it, making delivery of a solution much more straightforward.

The delivery phase usually starts with creating mobile-first wireframes and moodboards, which are turned into quick prototypes used to test our thinking in terms of User Experience and Content Strategy.

When we’re happy that we’re stepping in the right direction we move on to more visually appealing tasks like designing the look and feel and hi-fidelity layouts for templates before our developers create the component features of the finished product.

These features are then extensively tested on in isolation as well as in situ on the final webpage layouts or application screens.


So, project finished? Our work is never done. After each launch we review what we’ve done, measure what effect our actions have had on the business objectives we learnt about in our original Analysis phase.

We keep an eye on the users of the product, how they use the product and where the pain points may be. From this platform, we’ll start the process all over again, constantly improving on what we have, and ultimately achieving the best end result possible.
