Accessibility is too often an afterthought. This is not because of a lack of solutions, but a lack of consciousness: do we really have to design for the blind? Are disabled people even online? To show you how easy and fun this is I’ll run you through how assistive technologies interact which each HTML element, the ARIA most common abuses and incorrect uses, tips on how to make the most common JS components more accessible, and, of course, how to make screen readers talk in the era of Headless CMS.
