  3. You can use our Services to develop and host Your Content. Your Content belongs to you, and you are responsible for it. Craft CMS is not responsible for your plugins, Your Content, or any Third-Party Services.
  4. Some of our Services are available for free while others incur a fee. You agree to our payment and billing terms. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with products or plugin purchased through the Plugin Store. We do not offer refunds.
  5. You are responsible for your End Users’ use of the Services. If you use our Services on behalf of your client or customer, you also agree to these terms on their behalf.
  6. Be careful with the data you receive, especially Personal Data. Carefully review the privacy practices of each Third-Party Service before granting it access to data.
  7. Craft CMS will never sell Your Content to a third party or use it to develop or train AI. Your Content posted online may be susceptible to data scraping or use to develop or train AI by third parties. You are responsible for safeguarding Your Content from misuse by others.
  8. Do not use any of our intellectual property when naming your plugins or other products or services. For example, “Craft SEO Plugin” is bad. “Acme SEO for Craft” is good. Also, do not incorporate any of our logos into any of your logos.
  9. We do our best to pay out earnings within one business day to developers selling plugins in the plugin store. But sometimes payouts can take up to 45 days, or we may withhold payment until we owe you at least $10 USD.
  10. Technical Developer to Developer Support is available for paid Services only. Please read about what is included and what isn’t.
  11. Respect our stuff, our team, and the community. Use the Services and our APIs responsibly. Do not use any content scrapers or other unauthorized methods to take information from any of our properties. Do not attempt to circumvent any security verification or license checks, etc.
