Introducing Craft Cloud

Craft Cloud

Six years ago, we started dreaming up what a first-party hosting solution for Craft CMS might look like. The details have changed a lot over that time, but the goal has remained the same: take the pain out of DevOps.

We set out to build a hosting solution that is fast, scalable, and secure by default, without forcing developers to become experts in dozens of infrastructure tools. Something that’s fully optimized for Craft CMS sites, with automatic handling of deployments, image transforms, queue runners, front-end static caching, and multi-site routing. Something that lets developers focus on what they do best: building great websites.

And that’s exactly what Craft Cloud is.

Craft Cloud brings a wide array of services together, including a serverless hosting platform, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, an enterprise-grade web application firewall with DDOS protection, a global CDN for asset bundles and front-end build artifacts, asset storage, an on-demand image transformer, a queue runner, and a front-end static caching layer. All available regionally, with North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific zones.

The end result is a service that is lightning fast, highly scalable, and ultra secure. We’ve also taken care to build it with sustainability in mind, and we’ll be working to monitor and improve emissions over time.

The best part? It all comes with zero configuration. Just push up your changes, and we’ll take care of the rest.
