This talk is about working with Craft’s Control Panel to create a great authoring experience, even for external contributors with no onboarding or training. Using one of our projects as an example, I’ll demonstrate how to use what’s already provided by Craft, refine and build on top of that to suit your needs. Talking points include content modelling that optimizes for straightforward authoring interfaces, defining and enforcing workflows, and optimizing the dashboard for both external contributors and the editorial staff.
