Gemma will talk us through how the webdna team used Craft CMS to create a unique demonstration for Sports Science Agency to exhibit on behalf of Vodafone at the 2025 Mobile World Congress. Over 400 participants took part in a competitive, interactive experience that measured lower-body power, power-to-weight ratio, grip strength and wellness against that of elite professional rugby players. Participants included Vodafone global staff, key guests and stakeholders, an Olympian, elite level track athletes, volleyball players, football players and, very nearly, we’re told, the King of Spain!
Craft CMS was used to capture, process, and display real-time results on large screens, while webdna’s design and development teams created visuals optimised for the event space and digital mementoes participants could share on social media. This project showcases how Craft CMS can power far more than just websites, transforming events and exhibitions into dynamic, data-rich experiences that captivate audiences and elevate storytelling.
