Lessons learned from a project that nearly killed our agency

Web projects are complex to run with lots of moving parts, new ideas and ever changing tech. Factor in client relationships and pressures outside the project and you have a melting pot of challenges to deliver against, so it’s little wonder projects don’t always work out the way you hoped. Andrew shares a series of lessons learned from a website build that had such a damaging effect on his agency, it nearly forced it’s closure. In a personal talk, he’ll explain where things went wrong, the impact it had on their team and how applying these lessons to more recent and successful projects has brought back the enjoyment of running an agency.
