We’re excited to announce that we just released Craft Commerce 3.1, as well as a new integration with TaxJar.
Commerce 3.1 brings some exciting new features:
Order editing improvements. The order editor UI has been improved to be more user-friendly, and simplify common tasks like setting customers’ billing and shipping addresses.
Discount condition formulas. Define advanced condition formulas for your discounts using Twig.
Outstanding balance payments. Customers can now pay the outstanding balance on carts and completed orders, if they haven’t paid in full yet.
Improved GraphQL support. You can now query for product variants with GraphQL, and we’ve added new arguments and fields for product queries.

TaxJar support is provided by our new TaxJar for Craft Commerce plugin. TaxJar provides an API that takes the pain out of managing tax rates, tax zones, and tax categories, with dynamic tax calculations provided for each order.
The plugin requires Craft Commerce (Pro edition) 3.1 or later. We’ve made it available for free with an MIT license.
