A swiss knife in a fashion environment. Craft CMS and a modular digital ecosystem
Massimo Osti revolutionized menswear with an experimental and modular approach, blending fabrics, functionality, and technology to create versatile, technical, and timeless garments. His philosophy and approach to work is still active and vivid at C.P. Company, after more than 50 years. We have used – realising only afterwards – Craft CMS following the same philosophy: a system designed to adapt to different contexts, shaped around real needs, and capable of integrating multiple layers of functionality without losing coherence. In this talk, I will share how, in a fashion company, we have leveraged Craft CMS to build a tailored digital ecosystem — from an internal knowledge base to B2B platforms, a headless e‑commerce, and an internal sales system. Each project required a balance between customization, efficiency, and scalability, combining the agility of Craft CMS integrated with other more/less corporate tools. Through this journey, we will explore how a CMS can become a flexible, functional, and modular digital design tool, evolving without compromising user experience.
